At Truvee, we aim to provide a smooth and flexible learning experience. Please review our general policies below:

Class Scheduling:

  • After purchasing a course or package, scheduling can take 5–7 business days.

  • While we strive to place students with a teacher as quickly as possible, this time frame ensures we can match you with the best available instructor at your preferred time slot.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any class cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered completed and non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be submitted before your first scheduled class.

  • Once a class has been scheduled or attended, refunds may no longer be available.

  • Specific refund eligibility may vary depending on the program purchased and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Google

Google User Data (Amelia + Google Calendar / Sign-In)

Our app connects the Amelia booking system to Google services. If a user chooses to connect Google Calendar, we may access: calendar event metadata (titles, start/end times, description, attendees). If a user signs in with Google, we receive basic profile info (name, email, profile ID).

Purpose & Use. Calendar data is used only to create/update events for bookings and to avoid double-booking; profile data is used only for account sign-in and identification. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Sharing. Data is shared only with: (a) Amelia (WordPress plugin) within our site to deliver booking features, and (b) our hosting provider as a processor. No other third parties receive Google user data.

Security. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS; access is restricted by least-privilege credentials; access tokens are stored server-side and rotated per Google guidance; audit and access logs are limited to operational troubleshooting.

Retention. Calendar event data persists only as needed for booking records; access tokens are retained only while the integration is active and are revoked on disconnect; we honor user deletion requests.

User Controls. Users can disconnect access at any time in their account on our site and/or via Google Account Permissions. Users may request access or deletion of their data at [email protected]
